You wash your hands several times a day. But do you take care of your digital life?
Reused passwords, exposed data, invasive notifications, traces left everywhere. Digital affects your security, privacy, and mental health.
This training teaches you to take care of yourself in the connected world. Protecting accounts, cleaning traces, managing screen time, reacting to incidents. Simple gestures, reflexes that change everything. Because digital hygiene can be learned.
Your digital footprint
Every click, every registration, every like. You leave traces. And these traces tell your life story. We discover what a digital footprint is, how it's built, why it matters. And most importantly: how to clean it, care for it, take back control.
Viruses and malware
A bug isn't a virus. A virus isn't inevitable. We dive into the malware universe, learn to recognize them, protect against them. Attachments, updates, configuration. Simple gestures that block most attacks. And the peace of mind that comes with it.
The art of passwords
"123456". "Password". "The cat's name". We can do better. We understand why complexity matters, why reusing a password is a disaster waiting to happen. And we learn a method to create strong, unique, impossible-to-forget passwords. Your own personal algorithm.
Life-saving habits
Two-factor authentication, URL verification, disconnecting from unused networks. Small gestures, big protections. For each reflex, we show the attack it would have blocked. Concrete, immediate, applicable tonight.
Privacy: you have everything to protect
"I have nothing to hide." Really? We debunk this argument. We learn to manage cookies, understand what apps collect, filter unwanted content. Because privacy isn't a luxury. It's a right. And it must be defended.
Protecting your brain
Interrupting notifications, screens preventing sleep, social comparisons that undermine. Digital affects concentration, sleep, relationships. We set simple rules: breaks, mindfulness, notification management. So technology serves life, not the other way around.
When things go wrong
Hacked account, stolen data, successful phishing. It happens. Even to the best. We simulate attacks, learn to react without panic. Block, report, recover. Digital resilience: knowing how to take the hit and get back up.
