This training introduces you to this universe. We install, explore, practice. Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Base. Five modules, one philosophy: taking back control of your tools. And by the end, you'll have created a complete project, with your own hands.

Why LibreOffice?

Canva, MS Office, iWork. Everyone knows them. But everyone pays, or gives away their data in exchange. LibreOffice is the alternative that schools, associations, and even some administrations have chosen. Free, compatible, independent. We start by understanding why this tool exists. And why it deserves our attention.

Installing and mastering the interface

We download, install, configure. macOS, Windows, Linux: everyone is covered. We discover the interface, menus, toolbars. We customize according to needs. We get our bearings. Because a tool you don't master is a tool that slows you down.

Writer – Write like a pro

A well-structured document is one people want to read. Margins, styles, headers, footers, automatic table of contents. We learn to do things properly. We reproduce real documents, according to our preferences. And we discover that Word doesn't have a monopoly on word processing.

Calc – Taming numbers

A spreadsheet isn't just a table. It's a calculation, analysis, and visualization tool. We create formulas, discover functions, format data. We generate charts that speak. And we realize that numbers can tell stories.

Impress – Present without boring

A good presentation isn't a wall of text. It's a visual story. We create clear slides, choose transitions, adapt to the audience. We learn to captivate, not put to sleep. And we finally break free from PowerPoint.

Draw – Draw without being a graphic designer

Rectangles, circles, curves, free shapes. We draw, trace, compose. We insert images, create simple but effective visuals. No need for Illustrator for vector graphics. Draw is enough. And it's free.

Base – Organizing your data

Lists piling up? Scattered data? We structure. We create a real database: tables, fields, relationships, queries. Without writing a single line of code. And we discover the power of a well-designed information system.

Saving time, really

Keyboard shortcuts, templates, extensions. The little things that change everything. We learn to work faster, cleaner. Managing bibliographic references, automating repetitive tasks, customizing your environment. Productivity can be learned.
